Assembly

For pressed in or on freewheel-clutch rings, no retainers are necessary for axial or radial security. The inner rings have to be secured in the axial direction only, if the pressed on outer machine part (gear or lever) is not axially secured.
When mounting freewheel-clutches with bearings do not apply pressure to bearing balls. |
Attention
|
Please take care for total cleaning of freewheel rings and mating parts before pressfitting (no grease particles left in the pressfit area).
Type FND 400 is shipped oil-lubricated for life-time.
